Providing you our Financial Services Guide, Advisor Profile and a Privacy statement that details how we will deal with your private information. This information will detail what we can do for you and provide a path to agreeing a basis for providing our service to you.

Our Advisors will obtain the relevant information about your financial needs and objectives and your current financial affairs so that they can provide the most appropriate advice.

Researching the solutions that are designed to help you to satisfy those needs and objectives. Recommending only high quality products approved by Risk and Investment Advisors Australia Pty Ltd (RIAA).

Providing you with a written Statement of Advice (SOA) which sets out our recommendations and the basis for them, they key issues involved and our remuneration for providing our professional advice to you.

Discussing the Statement of Advice with you, providing and explanation you require, and varying the recommendation is necessary.
